Health Guarantee

Initial Health Check:

  • All marmoset monkeys undergo a thorough health examination by a qualified veterinarian before being placed for adoption. Each monkey comes with a health certificate verifying their condition at the time of sale.

Health Guarantee Period:

  • We provide a 30-day health guarantee for all our marmoset monkeys. If your monkey is found to have a congenital or hereditary health issue within this period, we will offer a full refund or replacement, provided the following conditions are met.

Conditions for Returns and Refunds

  1. Notification:

    • You must notify us within 24 hours of discovering any health issues or concerns. Prompt communication allows us to address the situation effectively.
  2. Veterinary Examination:

    • The marmoset monkey must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of your receipt. A detailed veterinary report must be submitted to us for review.
  3. Return Authorization:

    • Return authorization must be obtained from [Your Breeder Name] before any return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  4. Condition of the Monkey:

    • The marmoset monkey must be returned in good health, free from injury or signs of neglect. Monkeys must be returned with all original documentation, including the health certificate and any other papers provided at the time of sale.

    • All deposits made to hold a marmoset monkey are non-refundable. This policy ensures that we can reserve the monkey exclusively for you.

Refund Process

    • Once the returned monkey is received and assessed by our veterinarian, and the health issue is confirmed, we will process your refund or provide a replacement monkey as per your preference.
  2. Refund Timeline:

    • Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned monkey and all required documentation.

Additional Considerations

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of returning the monkey to us is the responsibility of the buyer. However, if the return is due to a verified health issue, we will cover the return shipping costs.
