Our Shipping Process:

    • Each Monkey is placed in a specially designed, spacious, and secure crate that provides plenty of ventilation and comfort. The crate includes soft bedding to keep your new baby cozy throughout the journey.

  3. Hydration and Nutrition:

    • We make sure that each monkey has access to hydration and is provided with a small amount of food to keep them nourished during transit.

  4. Secure and Traceable Shipping:

    • Our shipping process includes secure handling and transportation. We use reputable pet transportation services that specialize in live animal shipping to ensure the highest standards of care.
    • You will receive a tracking number as soon as your monkey is on its way. This allows you to monitor the journey in real-time and know exactly when to expect their arrival.

  5. Temperature-Controlled Environment:

    • To ensure the comfort and safety of our monkeys, all shipments are made in temperature-controlled environments, preventing exposure to extreme weather conditions.

  6. Timely Delivery:

    • We strive for timely and efficient delivery. Most shipments are completed within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the destination.

What to Expect Upon Arrival:
